Serving at church is about more than just contributing to needs. It is a space where your efforts could result in someone’s life being changed forever! As you serve, you are actually a part of life-giving efforts. 

Service gives you a chance to put aside your worries and cares for a moment and be outward-focused. You’ll be shocked by how much that dedicated time can impact your week for the better. And don’t forget the friendships you’ll make along the way as you get to know more of your church family! 

Mark 10:45 says, “For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Jesus was all about loving others.

We find fulfillment when we do the same! 

An easy way to make a routine of this is to join an Orchard Church serving team. We know committing to serving others isn’t an easy decision. And with so much on your plate already, it might be even more of an intimidating invitation.
